REHABILITATION

Develop a new foundation of proper movements, thoughts & spiritual wellbeing.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Develop new movements that require skill along with furthering cognitive abilities developed in the rehabilitation phase.

PRACTICE

Athletes/individuals are placed into a controlled environment where they practice their newly developed foundation & skills.

COMPETITION

Restrictions are taken off and athlete/individual is ready to reintegrate back into game competition life.
